Fun Race - a little sore this evening as I had already ran 10 miles this week as a late training before deciding to run in the race!  I'll be more prepared next year...  I did however beat my 1:59:05 time from last year which was my goal, so overall very happy with the whole experience.

Rob is headed to Idaho tomorrow so I'll have to take the kids out for a bike ride or two this week so I can stretch my legs until he returns.  Thanks to everyone for your support, especially you Jeff!

Power walked today to stretch out my calves from the race.  I've been walking around very stiff today!

My calves feel unbelivably better today!  I'm unable to run this week as Rob is in Idaho and I'm off to Tucson to take care of my two little nieces!

8.14 pace, great run!  57 degrees, ran around fountain then up to Golden Eagle Park to watch Remi in his baseball clinic and both kids in their tennis lesson, then ran back home!  It's great to be running again, calves are feeling it a little but not too bad!

Upper weights!
